Who We Are....


CNC Leasing Group, Inc. is a locally owned & operated property management company that has been serving the Lafayette, West Lafayette & Lebanon, Indiana areas since 1999.


Our company's primary focus is managing smaller communities over the larger communities as it allows our staff to be able to focus more on serving each individual resident. 


We offer a wide variety of Studio, 1-, 2-, 3- & 4-Bedroom single family homes, apartments, duplexes & townhouses.

Our Maintenance Staff...


Our maintenance staff works to make sure your home is in top condition.


With 24 hr. emergency maintenance we are able to assist you any time of day.


We do quarterly maintenance inspections to ensure that there are no serious issues, and all of our units are up to date, clean and in the best condition possible.


Pet Policy...


Of course we are pet friendly, after all pets are a part of the family!


  • We do allow up to 2 pets, this can include cats, dogs, and small caged pets (example birds, bunnies, hamsters).


  • Cats and Dogs must be over a year old, spayed or neutered, and on a flea treatment program from your veterinarian.


  • Aggressive dogs are not allowed.


  • We do not accept the following breeds of dogs: Pit Bull, German Shepard, Akita, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier (or any Pitbull breed family).


  • We do not have a weight limit on dogs.


There is a flat pet fee of $200.00 (non-refundable) and an extra $40.00 a month in rent.


We do not charge any additional rent or pet fee for service pets.

  • What are our requirements?

    EQUAL OPPORTUNITY HOUSING PROVIDER: We provide housing to anyone who meets our criteria, that criteria being as follow: Upon the completion of your application, we run a credit, criminal, landlord & employment check

    Credit: We require a 600 or higher credit score, we look at payment history, collection accounts, & judgements.

    Criminal: We do not accept any battery, theft charges, or excessive drug related charges. You may be denied based on other types of criminal depending on the situation.

    Landlord: We do not allow there to be any open/outstanding balances or evictions with other landlords, this will result in an automatic denial. If resolved with proof of payment, at which time we will reconsider.

    Employment/Income: We look for you to be employed for at least a year with your current employer & for income to be at least 3 times the rent amount for units where you pay your own utilities and at least 2 times the rent amount where utilities are included.


  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
  • How can I see the rental I am interested in?

    You would schedule directly on our website. Please note it would need to be scheduled 48 hrs out so our current tenants are made aware. How ever if you have issues with scheduling online please contact our office at 765-449-0600

  • What utility companies would I use and how can I contact them?

    You may contact any of the above companies for utility averages on a particular unit by giving them the address for the unit you are wanting information on.

  • When is rent due, what are the late fees and what forms of payment are accepted?

    Rent is due on the 1st of the month by 5:00 (this means also that if you mail your payment, it must  reach us by mail on the due date *postmarks do not count - so mail early *5-7 business days in advance* to avoid late charges).  If paid late (late is considered anytime after 5:00 pm on the due date), a fee of $10.00 per day will be added to your rent and will continue until rent is received in our office in full.

    Partial rent payments will be assessed late fees until rent is paid in full.  Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not business days.  


    Our business day ends at 5:00 pm each weekday.  If the 1st falls on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, rent must be paid on the last business day before the 1st.  Our office does not accept cash. 

  • Do you accept HUD or Section 8 vouchers?

    Yes.

  • How long are lease terms?

    12 months.

  • Your company requires renter's insurance. What are the requirements and how much does it cost?

    You must pay for a full year of renter's insurance and have the declaration and proof of payment in full to us now or before move in. Renter's insurance is very affordable and well worth it. The cost depends on your personal property and how much you are insuring it for.  We do require that you carry liability insurance, however it is up to you on if and how much you are insuring your personal property for.

  • Are your properties close to bus routes and Purdue Campus?

    We are in the heart of downtown, less than a mile from campus and all our properties are within walking distance of a bus route.  For additional information and routes, please visit the bus route tab for a complete map.

  • Do you offer short-term leasing?

    We only offer a 12 mos. lease however we every once in a while have in instance where we will allow shorter term leasing, never hurts to ask!

  • What do I do if I have a maintenance emergency after hours?

    We have maintenance staff always on call for such occasion and an emergency number for you to contact if such situation would occur.

  • Why should I rent from you?

    We offer a large variety of single family homes throughout the Greater Lafayette area, providing you with options to best meet your housing needs. We have an excellent staff on hand to assist you with all your needs, well maintained properties, super cute historical properties close to shopping, dining and much more, still close to campus but away from the hustle and bustle, 24 hour emergency maintenance, close to bus stops, and so much more!
